How to cut the glass manually?

Below method is for manual glass cutting, if you want to cut the glass using the automatic machine you can check other procedure for automatic glass cutting.

Place the Glass over cutting table carefully.

Do the marking as per the cutting schedule and as per the cutting template.

Before cutting inspect the marking again.

Cut the glass as per the template marking.

Store the finished glass in safe place. Use the soft seat between the glasses to avoid scratch. Secure glass on trolley while moving.

Wear necessary personal protective equipment PPE like Helmet, gloves, safety glasses & shoes whenever required.
