Glass Cutting Method Using Automatic Machine

You can use below procedure for glass cutting in a glass factory that utilizes automatic glass cutting machine.

Switch ON machine. Check the condition of switch.

Operate to lift cutting table.

Table will travel to procure glass and return to feed to conveyor table.

Feed the glass to cutting table. Do Not Cross the Safety Bar While Cutting the Glass.

After cutting press foot plunger to separate the Glass from cutting table.

Store glass safely and soft seat should be provided between glass to avoid scratch. Secure glass on trolley while moving.

Ensure all safety equipment is in use like Helmet, Glass, Glove & Shoes whenever requires.

All jewelry (rings, watches, bracelets etc.) must not be worn in order to prevent scratching the glass products.
