Method of turning operations on lathe machine

Ensure the lathe machine is clean.

Fix work piece into chuck using the key

Set the tool to required angle

Switch on the lathe machine. Check the condition of the switch. In case of damage report immediately.

Feed tool bed in horizontal direction.

Feed the tool in forward direction

Commence turning process. Gloves, safety glasses & shoes must be worn at all times.

Press stop button once the work piece is ready as per the requirements.

Place finished Products separately.
