This page provides you steps for using the aluminium cutter machine. The instructions are explained using the images to understand easily.
When cutting aluminium profiles, please wear hand gloves, ear muffs and safety glasses. Do not wear any kind of jewelry (rings, watches, bracelets etc.) in order to prevent scratching the aluminum end products and profiles.
Below are the tools you shall need for good quality aluminium fabrication and cutting results.
- Measuring Tape
- Tri-square
- Masking Tape
- Marker
- Calculator
Instructions for Aluminium Cutter Machine
- Take profile from taping machine and place onto Cutting machine, Check the oil level and air pressure
- Press START Button (Only at Start of Shift)
- Enter required dimension on cutter machine from cutting list/ Optimization list. For window profiles Switch ON the computer and select the angle and Cutting Dimension.
- After entering the dimension, Press START Button to start cutting activity steps.
- The cutting machine will automatically set the entered dimension.
- Switch ON the Cutting Blade. (For window frames (F1-900/900 ,F2-450/450,F3-45/0900,F4-900/450))
- Hold Start Button to Clamp and start Cutting profile.
- The machine will automatically Clamp the Profile
- do not put your hands between the clamps.
- before commencing the cutting wear ear plugs and goggles.
- gloves, safety glasses & shoes must be worn at all times.
- Cutting will commence automatically.
- Once cutting is complete, release Start Button to release machine guard
- Remove profile from cutting machine and store properly
- Press STOP Button to enter next Dimensional Setting if you need to cut another piece.
- Place masking Tape on profile and write Project Name & Profile cut Size.
- Press Stop Button at end of Shift or if no more work is required for today.
- If off cut will not be used, transfer to waste trolley, otherwise store in proper place.
- While handling profile off cuts, please wear hand gloves.
