Work Instruction for CNC Machine Operator

• Measuring tape
• Vernier Caliper

• Do Not Put Your Fingers Inside The Machine While Fixing The Work Piece.
• Gloves, Safety Glasses & Shoes Must Be Worn At All Times
• Keep Your Hands Free Of Oil And Grease.
• Wear Safety Goggles and dust mask

Work Instruction for CNC Machine Operator

1. Ensure the Machine is Clean
2. Switch ON the Machine.
3. Open the Air Supply to Machine (Min Pressure – 8 bar) and Check Oil Level.
4. Log On to Computer (Press Alt+Ctrl+Del)
5. Switch ON the Control Board and select speed using black knob.
6. Set the Clamp Position.
7. Place work piece on Machine, Press pedal to clamp.
8. Press Blue button (Button will flash when laser guard is broken), then Press Green button.
9. Select the required Program as per cutting list.
10. Select the required quantity, Press Accept and Start Button. Machine will start.
11. Clean the work piece and place separately and STOP the machine
12. Stop the Machine.
