Aluminium Profile Crimping Method Statement

Following tools shall be arranged before start of work.

• Measuring Tape
• Pen/Pencil
• Spanner
• Masking Tape
• Allen Key

Health & Safety Requirements

• Keep Hands Away At The Time Of Clamping And Crimping.
• Use Right Tool For Adjusting The Level.
• Gloves, Safety Glasses & Shoes Must Be Worn At All Times
• Keep Hands Away At The Time Of Clamping And Crimping.
• All Jewelry (Rings, Watches, Bracelets Etc.) Must Not Be Worn In order To Prevent Scratching Products

Work Instruction for Aluminium Profile Crimping

1. Ensure the Machine is Clean.
2. Insert Cleat in to Profile (Both width and Length)
3. Adjust machine to Crimping Mode and START the machine
4. Adjust tool Position as per the Profile
5. Adjust the tool Height as per the Profile
6. Adjust Clamp position and Height as per Profile
7. Adjust Stopper as per Profile and angle
8. Press START Button
9. Place Profile in Position
10. Press left side Pedal for Clamp and hold Profile in position
11. Press Right side pedal to Crimp Profile
12. Check Corner joint and repeat same step 9 to 11 for other corners also.
13. Store Products properly in order to avoid any scratches etc.
