Main Distribution Boards MDB – BLOCKSET

The low voltage main distribution boards are Schneider Electric “BLOKSET” range of L.V Switchboards. Blokset switchboards are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with IEC 60439-1 standards.

BLOKSET, a modular multi – functional system has been designed to improve reliability and safety which:

• Complies with International Standards
• Tested according to International standards
• Manufactured in ISO certified facilities

BLOKSET is a fully type tested and complete system integrating Schneider Switchgear components and composed of Standard Prefabricated components which guarantee flexibility, quick manufacture and reliable service after delivery.

The equipment proposed in this offer has been designed, manufactured and tested in compliance with IEC recommendation.

Submain Distribution Board SMDB

The low voltage sub main distribution boards are also provided by Schneider Electric that consist of fully Type tested Enclosure & Bus bar system (Power line Plus ) as per the IEC 61439-1/2.

Power line Plus is design & Built to the latest international standards IEC 61439-1/2/BSEN 61439-1/2. With degree of protection of IP43 as per IEC-61439. The Enclosure system is made up of zinc coated sheet metal of 1.5mm Thickness.

The equipment has been designed, manufactured and tested in compliance with IEC recommendation.

Motor Control Center MCC Panels

The MCC consists of:

a) 1 no. of manual operated fixed type MCCB which is acting as incomer with Electronic Trip Unit.

b) Fixed type outgoing MCCB feeders to feed to the Starters &down stream loads.

c) Power Monitoring Unit (PMU), three ammeters & one voltmeter with selector switch are provided for the incoming panel for measurement.
