All sites to maintain an overall minimum average score of 85% on level 2 audits

14 days to respond to NCR‟s – NCR response to identify close out date – Non Conformance must be closed out by this date

The cost for undertaking each NCR works is not to exceed 100,000

Systematically eliminate all single NCR costs in excess of 10,000
