General road construction site inspection checks: Contractor has all necessary permits to work in road where applicable, i.e. Construction Permit, Insurance, Bonding etc. available. Safety to public considered: (barricades, covered walkways, etc. provided) Barricades available around excavations in street. Barricades available around
