- Pen/Pencil
- Cutting Lists
- Roller
- Knife
- Measuring Tape
Basic Health & Safety Requirements
- Gloves, safety glasses & shoes must be worn at all times.
- Step 4 & step 6: – keep the drill straight and keep away the fingers from drill bit.
Aluminium Windows & Doors Fabrication Work Instruction
- Receive Profile from cutting machine to Assembly Area
- Select appropriate angles for the profiles
- Before assembly check whether the height piece of door/Window shutter requires lock
- Drill holes in the profiles
- Mark the angles as per the holes provided & number the profile & angle
- Drill holes in the angles as per the marking
- Fit the angles to the profile as per the identification number
- Assemble the aluminium frame
- Check for the corners, if gap or mismatch is found correct them
- Fit the gasket as per the cutting list
- Fit the accessories as per the cutting list
- Check the dimensions as per the cutting list
