- Keep Hands Away At The Time Of Clamping And Crimping.
- Use Right Tool For Adjusting The Level.
- Gloves, Safety Glasses & Shoes Must Be Worn At All Times
- Keep Hands Away At The Time Of Clamping And Crimping.
- All Jewelry (Rings, Watches, Bracelets Etc.) Must Not Be Worn In order To Prevent Scratching Products
Work Instruction for Aluminium Profile Crimping
- Ensure the Machine is Clean.
- Insert Cleat in to Profile (Both width and Length)
- Adjust machine to Crimping Mode and START the machine
- Adjust tool Position as per the Profile
- Adjust the tool Height as per the Profile
- Adjust Clamp position and Height as per Profile
- Adjust Stopper as per Profile and angle
- Press START Button
- Place Profile in Position
- Press left side Pedal for Clamp and hold Profile in position
- Press Right side pedal to Crimp Profile
- Check Corner joint and repeat same step 9 to 11 for other corners also.
- Store Products properly in order to avoid any scratches etc.
