The Testing and Commissioning of the IP Clock System shall be carried out by qualified ELV engineers and system integrators using approved procedures and manufacturer-recommended practices. Successful completion of network testing, GPS verification, NTP synchronization testing, clock functional testing, alarm verification, software testing, BMS integration, and continuous operational testing will ensure that the IP Clock System provides accurate, reliable, centralized time synchronization throughout the facility and is ready for final handover.
