Testing and commissioning of Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRAC) and Close Control Units (CCU) shall be performed by qualified commissioning personnel using calibrated instruments, approved procedures, and manufacturer-recommended practices.
All activities shall verify the mechanical integrity, refrigeration performance, chilled water performance, electrical safety, environmental control accuracy, alarm functionality, BMS integration, and redundancy sequences of the precision cooling systems.
Particular attention shall be given to maintaining stable temperature and humidity conditions, validating lead/lag operations, confirming alarm responses, and completing continuous operation testing to ensure reliable performance within mission-critical environments prior to project handover.
