The purpose of this Method Statement is to define the procedures, responsibilities, safety requirements, quality control measures, testing methodology, commissioning activities, and acceptance criteria for the testing and commissioning of Low Voltage (LV) Power Cables and Wires.
The objective is to verify that all installed LV power cables, conductors, wiring systems, terminations, earthing connections, and associated accessories have been installed correctly and are capable of operating safely and reliably in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable international standards before energization and handover.
