The testing and commissioning process shall verify that the laboratory gas distribution system has been installed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, is leak-free, contamination-free, operates safely under all design conditions, and delivers the required gas quality, pressure, flow rate, and reliability for laboratory operations.
